Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MonkeyFindTraffic ("we") for the use of MonkeyFindTraffic. By creating an account you accept them. If you use MonkeyFindTraffic for a company, you accept them for that company.
The service
MonkeyFindTraffic analyses websites you control, using Google Search Console data you connect, crawls and page renders, and produces reports, recommendations and AI-written drafts. It can hand tasks to a coding agent you connect and check your live site afterwards. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- Add only websites you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep your sign-in and access keys safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not use the service to crawl sites you are not allowed to, to break the law, or to overload our systems.
Trial, plans and billing
- New accounts can start a 14-day free trial, once per customer. A card is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
- You can cancel or change plans at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- Plan limits (sites, drafts, crawl size) are shown on the pricing page. Unused allowances do not carry over.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause your account; your data is kept for at least 30 days.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price increase for your plan.
AI output
Recommendations and drafts are produced by software and AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you publish or merge anything; you are responsible for what you publish. We do not guarantee any ranking or traffic result.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to your websites, data and the drafts we produce for you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Availability
We work to keep MonkeyFindTraffic available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party services we depend on (for example Google or OpenAI) may change or be unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost traffic.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and disputes go to its courts.
