Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-31

This policy explains what MonkeyFindTraffic (operated by MonkeyFindTraffic, "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@monkeyfindtraffic.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your name, email address and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
  • Google Search Console data: for the sites you add, search performance (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions) and URL inspection results, with read-only access you grant.
  • Your websites: pages we crawl and render, technical issues, Core Web Vitals and the reports, recommendations and drafts we produce for you.
  • Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Usage: counts of what you use against your plan (for example drafts written this month), and server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

The free page check

When you use the free page check without an account, we fetch the page you enter and store the result, the address and a salted hash of your IP address (to limit abuse; we do not store the IP itself). Results are deleted after 30 days.

How we use Google user data

We use Search Console data only to show you reports about your own sites, to compute recommendations and to write drafts for you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not let people read it except when you ask us for support, for security reasons, or when the law requires it.

MonkeyFindTraffic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

AI processing

To write business profiles, recommendations and drafts, we send OpenAI the visible text of up to a dozen of your public pages, your top Search Console queries and the computed figures for the request. OpenAI processes this under its API terms, which do not allow it to train its models on API data. We never send your Google tokens or payment details.

Who processes data for us

  • Google (sign-in, Search Console and PageSpeed APIs)
  • OpenAI (AI processing as above)
  • Stripe (payments and invoices)
  • Our hosting and network providers (servers, backups, content delivery)

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Canada and the United States.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Google tokens and API keys are stored encrypted. The database is not reachable from the internet and is backed up nightly.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account (Settings, Delete account) we delete your sites, data and Google tokens and revoke our Google access. Backups are overwritten within 35 days. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see, export or correct your data, and delete your account at any time. You can also revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Depending on where you live (for example under PIPEDA in Canada or the GDPR in the EU) you may have further rights; email us to use them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
